    • Due to the limits of entrances in Auschwitz Museum, pickups are arranged between 7 am and 2 pm. The exact pickup time will be sent no later than the day before the tour. All pickups are arranged only from places with availability to stop, within a 2 km radius from the Krakow city centre. If your pickup location is in an area beyond this or in an area with limited traffic, then we will pick you up from the nearest possible pickup place.
    • Confirmation will be received at time of booking
    • Not wheelchair accessible
    • Please note that the maximum size of bags and backpacks allowed on the museum grounds is 30 x 20 x 10 centimetres (roughly 12 x 8 x 4 inches). You can always leave your belongings inside the vehicle, or in the luggage store in Auschwitz.
    • Tickets for children (3-11) includes entrance ticket without the receivers and headphones in Auschwitz. If you want your child to visit with headset please book "Youth tickets"
    • Free tickets for an individual entrance, are available to collect at the day of the visit, only at the official museum ticket office. Every participant collects a ticket personally. Tickets are per name, to receive ticket it is mandatory to have any document or ID. Tour operator always try to help all participants to collect tickets for the individual entrance for themselves, but do not provide tickets by itself. On tour with the guide, tickets and guide service are included in the price.
    • Operates in all weather conditions, but remember that it is a memorial site, please dress appropriately
    • Youth tickets discount is only with valid student ID card, on the day of the tour. Please ensure to take student ID card with you, otherwise you will need to pay an extra fee for an adult ticket
    • Regarding Terms of Use at the Auschwitz & Birkenau Museum, it is mandatory to provide full names of all participants of the tour.
    • Before start we measure the temperature of every participant
    • We may refuse to attend on the tour for customers having temperature over 37.5°C (99.5°F)
    • Most travelers can participate
    • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 30 travelers

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

    It was a really interesting tour. The tour guide was really knowledgeable and shared a lot of information- both pure facts and also stories. It's just so awful that this has happened to people, so we do need to be taught these things to ensure we it never happens again. The tour aspect- all was very well organised, the transport, the communication, would definitely recommend.

I'm not saying we should think too deeply about the hanus crimes that were committed here at all.     The guide was brilliant - very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend booking a tour. Every bit of the tour was interesting, especially the snippets the guide shared of the lives of survivors Disappointed that we were not picked up from the hotel and were just given a street name as a meeting point, after pick up driver then drove past bottom of the street where our hotel was!

    This is a place I have always wanted to go see, we knew it was goin to be upsetting but its so heart wrenching. We had Natalia as our tour guide and she was brilliant she told use every detail about both camps. Such a haunting place, very sad. Make sure you take your tissues.

    The experience and the tour was more heart wrenching and painful. But its a history that should be known. The guide was so nice and explained the terrors of the place very well. Only problem was with the pickup.. would be helpful if you could provide the bus number or something before the pick up. theres a lot of buses at the same time and it’s confusing
