Fantastic tour - don’t miss if you love good food

The guide Izabela gave us and 11 others a fantastic food tour through the vibrant Katimierz district. The food was excellent but Izas stories and explanation were even better. We also had great conversations with other participants. It was a five star evening that ended with a pleasant chill out in one of the recommended bars with half of our group.

If you are going to Kraków you have to try this foodtour. It was enlightening about the history of Kraków, Poland and the polish cuisine. The tourguide was the best guide ever. She was open and hospitable to us. We became a little family at the end of the evening. It was clear that she liked her job. A memory for the rest of our lifes.

Best Tour to Taste Poland

Such a wonderful experience. We tried so many different foods that I would have taken me a week to find and try. I only had a few days so this knocked out a lot of bucket list foods in one go. As a solo traveler it was great because you will easily make new friends. The organization was great. Our table was waiting for us at each restaurant and our food was brought out quickly. There was no order anxiety because the meals were planned in advance. The guide was amazing, very friendly and informative. I hope to see her again in the future because she is a wonderful soul.

Long awaited, a delicious introduction to polish food and culture. Everything was fresh, from pierogi to zapiekanka (which was my favorite), two kind of soup, betroot (the Cristmas type) and sour, potato pankakes and cabage rolls and an apple fried desert. Topped with vodka and craft beer, the quince flavoured vodka made me buy some to bring home. Kamila was very friendly and gave us a lot of informations on Poland history and culinary traditions. My only regret this tour was postponed to the last day of my stay in Krakow.

We loved our tour with Camilla. Each of the stops was a personal favorite of hers and we could tell we were eating with locals rather than at touristy restaurants. All of the food was delicious; we enjoyed the sampling of traditional Polish / Krakow dishes, which we likely would not have selected if we were exploring the city on our own. Camilla was also extremely knowledgeable about the history of Krakow and Kazimierz, so we also leaned a lot of relevant history. Would absolutely recommend this tour with Camilla.
