Travel onward to Grindelwald to climb aboard the new state-of-the-art gondola Eiger Express for a ride to Eiger Glacier Station. Continue your breath-taking journey to Europe’s highest point in a cogwheel train. Scour the scenery for the dramatic peaks of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau and feel your adrenaline levels surge as you approach the 11,332-foot (3,454-meter) summit of the Jungfraujoch. 

Marvel at the splintering peaks of the Aletsch Glacier and then ride the elevator to the Sphinx Observatory for incredible panoramas of the frozen Alpine wonderland below. Immerse yourself in the enchanting beauty of the Ice Palace, following your guide through the heart of the glacier, and opt to enjoy a fulfilling meal at one of the many restaurants on the mountaintop (own expense).

It was a lot of fun and our guide was great. Only issue was the stop in Interlacken, the stop was only so that we could pick up more people, it was too short to really see anything, but to long to make it a quick stop. I would have rather had the extra time on the mountain. Loved Jungenfrau!

An amazing experience, we were fortunate to have good weather that day. There are a lot of beautiful views if you can bear the cold so I recommend wearing a few layers and definitely wearing gloves with touch screen capability. I also recommend bringing a packed lunch prior to getting there if you don't want to spend money on the cafe/restaurant as it's not cheap. Overall a great experience and would say it's worth it.

Our coach was very comfortable and made it very enjoyable viewing the countryside! Manual, our driver was great and very polite. Our guide, Yolanda, was very personable and knowledgeable. Great trip and certainly recommend to do while in Switzerland!

This trip has so much to it. The cog wheel train ride, the views from the Sphinx observatory, viewing and walking onto a glacier, the ice tunnel, and food and drink at 11,333 feet. It was an incredible experience. Our guide was very informative along the way and added to the trip. The only downside to the whole day is the shuttle bus ride there and back, if you get car sick easily this will be rough, as the trip goes over the alps and is very winding at higher speeds. However, even with that the trip is worth the time and money.

Edwardo, our guide to Jungfraujoch, was superb. Lots of knowledge, friendly and easy to understand. He handled the large group speaking several languages with ease. But the Jungfraujoch was truly the star of the trip. We had a perfect day, clear blue skies, temperatures in the 1-3C range and a light breeze. For a mid-October day, we could not have wished for more, the views were stunning. Left us overwhelmed. The walk to the snow side was fun as was the Ice Palace walk. The only suggestion is to announce that people can sit anywhere they want on coach on the return trip. Because we got the bus in Lucerne, we rode in the top of the double-decker bus but on the way back found seats on the lower level, easier on our old bodies. But this upset one couple who expected the same seats.

This was an amazing tour! We were fortunate to have sunny and clear skies which made the experience even better. The views from the Sphinx observatory and the cogwheel trains were spectacular, the tour guide was very informative and helpful, the stop and Interlaken was great and we had plenty of time to see everything we wanted to see.

Scenery was beautiful but the tour guide was awful. I would not book a future tour that is handled by Best of Switzerland. Find another company. Unfortunately, Best of Switzerland did not deliver a professional tour experience. The guide had a very thick accent making it near impossible to understand. Bad enough that we missed details of what we were seeing but worse when she was giving directions. I advised Best of Switzerland but they didnt see an issue. To me that tells you all you need to know about their concerns with quality control.

This was the highlight of our Swiss tour. Our guide Minu was awesome. She was quite informative as well as hilarious as she talked about Swiss culture, people and the various locations of the Bernese Oberland. Though the trip was mostly about travelling through various locations, we enjoyed every scene. Grindlewald and Kleine Scheidegg had awesome views and wish we could have spent more time there. In all it was a tour that one must take when visiting Switzerland.

A great day trip from Luzern or Zurich - even in midwinter we had good luck with the weather as it was brilliant sunshine in the high mountains, and the views were amazing. A well organised tour with Minu as our guide who spoke excellent English and Spanish. Thoroughly recommended.

I took this tour just yesterday, mid December. We were very lucky to get a clear day on the mountain. Minu was our guide and she was excellent. Easy to understand and kept the group together. The air up top is thin so you will most likely feel dizzy. I do recommend this tour! It's beautiful up there
