No rush tour
, Dec 2020
Small group was very nice, we were not rushed through the day. The lunch break was at a very good place. Our tour guide was from the area and had vast knowledge of the culture and history.
highlight of our trip

Excellent historical and cultural excursion in St Petersburg, highlight of our trip. With our wonderful guide Marina, we saw so much, learnt so much, and were made to feel very welcome.
6-star experience

Everything about this tour was perfect. the guide was very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English language. the van was clean and the driver was experienced. the places we visited were splendid. my personal gem was the church of the spilled blood. absolutely stunning! for lunch, we were taken to local diners to taste Russian pies, pancakes, soups, and sweets. on both days lunches cost us under 10 USD per person and were very tasty. we were everywhere right on time and even had some free time for shopping for some souvenirs for my kids. I will probably not remember any historical data that I learnt on this trip but I will definitely remember the great time we had. Thank you Polina and George (our guide and driver).
Beautiful city and great guide

It was my first trip to Russia and it was amazing. The tour company organized the visas and the control passed faster than expected. Our guide Maria was excellent at bringing history to life but it did not seem like a history lecture. She was sharing lots of useful details about everyday life and her opinion honestly whenever we asked her a question. Maria was very gracious and patient with us. The driver, Nicholay, was very pleasant and knew the best parking spots to cut the walking distance. Thanks to their great team play we got to see as much as we could in this short time and it was definitely worth taking this cruise voyage in the first place.
2 day shore excursion

This tour is the must-do on your Baltic Sea cruise. Don’t doubt in booking this tour this team knows what they are doing and so far it was one of the best tours I ve ever taken . The guide was brilliant and the driver very professional it’s a pity I ve forgotten their names. Saying goodbye to these nice people I actually thought that on this tour I got even more than what I paid for or expected .

St. Petersburg is a fabulous city and we couldn't believe we got 2 really sunny days to enjoy it (25°celsius). Our mini tour had just 9 of us on the bus so more laid back than the bigger tours. The canal cruise was stunning and our subway ride was amazing (the stations are paved with gold). All the attractions were super and the gardens of Peterhof palace were spectacular. Our guide was the gorgeous Lisa who's knowledge of the city was excellent. We packed so much into the 2 days but I think however we spent a bit too long on day one in the Hermitage museum, an incredible museum (as good as the Louvre) but I personally thought 2 or 3 hours would have been enough and more time to see more of this amazing city (maybe lunch in one of the parks or something). I just thought if people wanted to spend as long as we did there, then they would of booked the all day Hermitage tour from the website. But overall it was an absolutely BRILLIANT couple of days in St. Petersburg. Thanks again guys for making it so super. Noel and Orna. X X

My mind was blown away by her in-depth knowledge of every stone in saint petersburg... it was really amazing to see the city in the present and imagine it in the past listening to the stories about the russian revolutions and the tsars go ahead to pick this tour with city break tours!!!

I have to say the tour was fantastic with a brilliant and positive guide ((Alyona)). She was hilarious and highly professional from the other hand. The Hermitage was busy with a lot of tour groups and also the Blood Churh - BEWARE OF THE PICKPOCKETS!!! Ignore the rumors and information from the cruise excursions and book this tour better for 50% the price and smaller group!
